Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
Include your order number in the request
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Silkbyte is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

Late or Missing Refunds
